Taking a deeper look at custody disputes, there are many people who involve themselves despite having little understanding of the full situation. Some act on behalf of the person actually causing the conflict, unintentionally—or sometimes knowingly—helping to create further harm for children, parents, and families. While some individuals genuinely believe they are doing the right thing, others deliberately engage in harmful behavior that negatively impacts everyone involved, especially the children.

Some individuals may become involved in what is often referred to as third-party alienation. If you believe this applies to your situation, we encourage you to provide any supporting information you may have. This can include video evidence, documentation, photographs, or any other relevant materials. Even if you are unsure about the significance of certain items, please include them—we will review everything carefully. Submission of materials does not imply that all information will be verified as accurate.

After reviewing your submitted materials, if we determine that you are a suitable candidate for our show, we will schedule a Zoom meeting to discuss your situation in more detail and answer any questions you or our team may have. Following this, we will arrange a recorded interview focused on your experience and provide you with a scheduled “go live” date for the podcast.
